Geocoding national address data to be made openly available

by | Feb 11, 2016

When Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull announced the Australian Government’s much anticipated National Innovation and Science Agenda  there was some very good news for those in the GIS sector. The government has recognised the importance of spatial data to the economy and realised that by removing the barriers to greater use it will result in opportunities open for greater innovation and productivity.
